OK - this info might be usaeless until I can get home tonight and post the pic but just in case....
I have 3 or 4 pieces pf Dansk stoneware sitting in fromt of me. They are very thick with a natural/cream color, brown flecks and a half inch dark blue stripe near the rims. (there are a couple bowls, high rimmed "plates" and a short fat squat mug. On the bottom of these pieces is "Dansk International Designs LTD., NR/JAPAN"
Anyone have a clue what this pattern is? I'll post pics when I get home, brought the Mavica over here but forget to bring my USB floppy drive so that we can see the pics.
As always.. any help much appreciated.

Thank you - I went thru some of them but didn't see the thumbnails. It's called Blt-Blue (now is that fancy or what?) and they list the dinner plate at...$80? Que?

I think Dansk just went out of business didn't they? They just closed their outlet here and they said all stores are closing. Maybe they're just selling by catalog or online now or just gone completely.

Dansk, earlier part of the Lenox, Finlandia Vodka, Hartman luggage group, is now owned by Department 56. Hardly Denmark any more.
