I like to deal with my buyer on a personal basis. Well no more. Ebay has fixed that!

Can't we still click on the winners email address and send our notes? I was still able to last night from the ended auction itself.

Hi
In the email saying Your item sold there is a link that you can click on under the buyers name and it goes straight to the buyer. At least thats how it works for me.

I always print out the EOA from Ebay and manually type in their email address to send them a cut & paste fill in the blanks EOA. I was not aware that the customers email address in Ebay's notice was ever a clickable link. I have all links and images disabled on my incoming email and have to manually turn them on temporarily to use them. Easier just to type the things in a personalized email.

I agree Sparky the Weatherman. I like the personal touch, myself and get great feedback because of it. Any problems and we can work it out.
