I'm in the market to get myself a good webcam. some of my customers would like to talk and see my products live. also wouldn't mind talking to friends and family with it. anyone use a webcam here who could recommend one. do i need software too?

My brother uses one all the time, personally I think they are a pain in the butt. I wouldn't have one and wish my brother didn't.
