I have searched every book that I have and can't id this thing. I know it is for a lamp but who made it and when?

Hi Paloma. There's a lot of repro milk glass out there (why I stay away from it) - but since you said you've searched the books, I'm sure you've already looked into Westmoreland and Fenton, right? And you know all about looking for the blue hue?
If it really bugging ya, you can always email one of these "ask the expert" people. I'm pretty sure they have someone on glass? (That guy mike nichols was really nice and helpful to me one time! But I am sure they get inundated with mail, so you might or might not get an answer.)
