Has anyone ever had a problem with them ? I have used them as a seller for years now with no problems.
I decided to use them a buyer since I do not use Pay Pal anymore.
I sent a payment to a seller. He claims he never received it. After 15 days we decide that is lost. The seller refuses to take a replacement money order.
I call Bid Pay and they tell me that since the seller refused to accept the payment they will refund my money.
I see no refund after two weeks. I call again and they tell me it will be any day now. I remind them they told me that last two weeks ago.
The rep was rude (It was the same guy I talked to two weeks ago).
I am really surprised by all of this because I never had a problem with them before.

I've allowed payment via BidPay, and personally I haven't had a problem. They turned down on of my buyers, but think he was in a country they didn't service.
Sorry to hear about your problem.

popnrock,
A few years back I had a problem with a $350.00 money order from Bidpay that had a stop-payment placed on it after I had deposited it. It took a few weeks... and plenty of phone calls... but eventually they took care of it, and I got my money. I'm sorry you had rude people to deal with. Do you have their phone number? Last time I checked it was:
1-800-350-5952
The guy that eventually took care of my problem was a supervisor named Mark. Might want to try getting ahold of him, if he's still there. Hope that helps!
