Hi,
I'm new to discussions here, although I've used the Vendio Gallery for a long time. I have a non-productive Ebay store and am wondering if switching to a Vendio store would increase sales? I know this has probably been discussed before here, but I missed it. Thanks for your input.

Wish I could help you - I've just had an Ebay store only for a few months. Never tried the Vendio store, but I would think with Ebay you get better traffic.

Welcome!

Thank you Ladies. That is as I suspected. Just need to see how I can improve sales in my EBay store, now.

Well, keep enough interesting "regular" listings going, then they look at your other listings (which include your store listings) ./.. if you offer lesser s/h/i for combined shipping you will get some buyers sometimes that willl buy from the "store" too.

I have not used VENDIO's store in awhile..I use the ebay store. I have over 2000 items in it. I have been "trying" new methods. First thing that improved sales was to make sure the STORES NAME/SEARCH/& top FOUR catergories are LISTED on EACH of your auctions (doesn't cost anything, just change settings). This way the customers is ONE click away from your items.
The second (newest) item I did was to add a little explanation about ebay stores. We all assume that everyone KNOWS how ebay works. I explained that the Ebay stores have items that you "bid" and it is yours..no "fighting/sniping/etc." Plus as previously stated by other post..combining auctions helps.

I have both a Vendio Store and Ebay Store. With Vendio I get more Web traffic. With eBay I advertize in my auctions and give them links to other items in my store. I sell a lot more through eBay because of the links I have. But both do good for me.

I now get 40% of my sales through my ebay store. I dropped the vendio store due to no sales. Is it time to reopen a vendio store? Can we make vendio stores that dont point people to ebay, but still sell our products on?

I just updated my new website - give me your feedback on it.
