Ok, I'm finalizing my terms.
A few of you mentioned that my font color needs to be black. When I review my template the type I see IS black. Can someone please let me know what color they are seeing if not black?
I had a nightmarish week with the 2 idiot bidders who fought me over shipping (explains my paranoid, anal controlling wording lol!).
Now that I've cooled off I realize that no matter what *wording* I use, there will still be those mentally challenged or just plain cheap, dishonest individuals who will not abide by my terms, so why would I want to scare away the decent ones?

Thanks all...

The color of type I am seeing is the sage/green color - about the same color as your border.

Actually - it's GRAY. Or GREY. I'm not sure what the correct spelling is. Anybody want to enlighten me?

I see your problem. Click on the HTML part and find where you start your description. View -> Find -> This is not an actual auction.

Right before that you only have <td valign=top width=100% class=description>
<font size=3><b>

Cut and paste this in there, making sure you put </font> at the END of your description or wherever you want to change the color or font.

<font color=black size=+3 face="arial">YOUR TEXT GOES HERE</font>

Edited to add:

cut out the <font size=3><b> and add:
<font color=black size=+3 face="arial">

Hey I thought you made a "friendlier TOS" but it still looks the same to me. Want to see mine?

Gray is more correct - grey is a technically listed as a variant spelling of gray. I had to look it up - I always get is mixed up.

I'm seeing the sage green as well. This is really odd!

It is weird...that's my default template. I've never set a font color for that one. I don't know if you can, it's not one of the fully customizable templates. I'm glad I posted here. I never would have known there was a problem with it. Thanks glsgirl for the html advice, I'm in the process of making some changes now.

The border is sage green & the printed word is black. It is vewry hard to read as it is quite small. If you would use html & make it larger, it will be easier tor read. At the beginning of your terms of sale put in <b> & this will make it bold. to make it larger, put in <font size +2> this will make it 2X larger & easier to read. Go to my auction # 73518651629, this will give you an idea of size, colr & bold.

When you use vendio's template number 19 the text default is that muddy green color. You have to add your own html at the beginning of your text to darken the color. I use...
<font color=black>

easy to remember...works wonders.

Template number 19 isn't the only template to have a color other then black. For instance number 16 defaults to a medium blue color.

glassgrl....question....

Under your TOS you mention Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii....and then go on in the paragraph to talk about global priority mailing to Canada....etc. As an Alaskan I found that very confusing.

I guess it's only fair that I share mine. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?MfcISAPICommand=ViewItem&item=7176348585

I'm seeing the green font too, but it's not "bad". It coordinates.

Here's mine:
