JEEZ~~~!!!! I had a buyer indicate she would send a mney order in ebay checkout and then emailed me to say she wasn't able to pay through PayPal (DUH) could I send a new invoice?...

ok i tried to send a new invoice but was only able to send a reminder invoice. I emailed her and said if it didn't work to log into the PayPal site and click on "Items I have Won" and pay that way.

Just got an email from buyer saying it didn't work so she purchased another of my store BuyItNows (one she didn't want) and paid immediately through PP and trusted I would send the original card instead...after the deed had been done..CRIPES SAKE!

now i can't file for fees on the one she doesn't want but guess I can on the original one....provided I remember and send her the RIGHT one...Vendio will be wrong and so will ebay...ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

How aggravating! Write a sticky note and put it on your computer so that you don't mix the two up. I have had something similar happen and that's how I reminded myself.

She could have asked first, but sounds like an impatient type. Is she a newbie?

that's a new one on me. don't envy you a bit.

the new one that annoyed me the other day was, someone won an auction and instantly, instead of even requesting an invoice, did the "ask the seller a question" routine to say he wanted an invoice. leaving an extra question and extra work for me, ugh. he would have had an invoice if he'd waited about 5 seconds longer.
