I changed the available quantity of one of my items in my eBay store from the eBay side. Will this change automatically update in Vendio at some point? Should I have done this from the Vendio side? If so, how? (I'm using Inventory Edition.) Thank you!

I'm not an expert in this field, but if the store is being managed from Vendio inventory, then I believe quantity changes should be done from the Vendio side, which would automatically update both Ebay and Vendio. It's the Vendio database that is important to keep straight.

That would make logical sense except that I see no place in Vendio to make such a change once an item is on market.

I'm sure it's in there somewhere. Vendio has some great features, and when they are first introduced, are explained in detail in an announcement. At 3:00 AM CDT. On a Saturday night. The announcement is removed after about 15 minutes. They figure that's enough time for the entire Vendio community to become proficient with all the new features. It also provides job security for the customer service reps in the forums, which is where you will need to post your question for an accurate answer. Go to the bottom of this page. Click on the "jump to" button. Select "sales manager inventory edition" from the menu. Click the "Go" button and post your question there. A mod or another member who has been through this before will give you an accurate answer. An alternative forum for a quicker answer is the "Sales Manager Image Hosting" forum.
