I had a bidder do several BIN in My eBay Store today. Only 2 are showing up in My eBay. Are they still having problems??? I received emails saying they were purchased and vendio says they were purchased. When I try to send a invoice through My eBay only the 2 auctions that showed up in the My eBay will combine. The others I can only send out by themself through the actual auction or from my email saying they were purchased. Anyone else having this problem?

It's not just you.

It happened to me too, I posted about it below.

I sold $30 worth of fabric that just vanished into think air. I knew it sold because I got the payment. Otherwise it's gone.

It kind of ticks me off because I need that $30 in my Sold items if I'm going to make it to Powerseller. I need every dollar I can get.

It happened on my buying ID too because I bought 6 pieces of fabric and the seller could only find 3. She couldn't combine my invoice because of that.

Someone on the My eBay board at eBay contacted Live Help and they told them they were aware of the problem but there was some kind of maintenance going on over night and those items were "lost" in the eBay system and could not be recovered.

Nice, huh?

OMG! You mean they will never show as sold?? Did Vendio pick them up? How would someone like me KNOW they were sold even? I don't even look at my PayPal pynt but just download payment history. Look on the bright side Helga - no FVF! You can bet if this was very wide spread ebay would be trying to reconstruct a history to recover the FVFs

I got the EOA from eBay, got the payment, got hit with the Final Value Fee....but it's not in my sold items. No where. Won't be apparently.

I think this is the thread I'm referring too. I can't seem to get the entire thread to show up, just the most current post.

HelgaGPataki- I wouldn't worry to much about trying to make it to be a powerseller. I am a POWER SELLER and have been for a long time-
Feedback Score: 3802
Positive Feedback: 100%

Members who left a positive: 3803
Members who left a negative: 1

All positive feedback received: 6630

It hasn't done me a lick of good! I wrote them 2 days ago about this and they haven't even answered my emails. It looks like being a POWER SELLER doesn't mean anything!

No one has answered my emails about this. I have almost 2000 auctions in my ebay store and I get about 100 emails a day. It's a good thing I copyied off my solds by my emails then I double checked my My eBay or I would of never even know these sold. I know we don't always get all of our ebay sale emails but we get enough crap we don't want.

My sales were out of the country that were missing and it's hard enough trying to speak another language, let alone explain to them why I can't send them a actual invoice with all of there actual auctions on it. I have to add it in the note part and the extra money they owe in with their packing and shipping column.

These are dance and ice skating teachers I sell costumes to and they need a actual break down of what they paid for each costume. They know how much to charge their students. And it also messes up my end of the year bookwork!

Helga - I just check and it looks like those item shows up in your completed items (unless you sold some other on the 7th). I'd bet that if you were charged the FVF AND they show up in your completed items that they will figure in your total of sales for PS. I know they were having trouble with "My Ebay" for several days.

I had 2 of those auctions close on the 7th within an hour of each other. The one shows on my eBay sold column, the other doesn't. It's the one that is in limbo.

Helen, check out the Selling Manager Pro board on eBay - this is a known problem (also happened the end on August) that eBay has chosen to not announce or inform their Selling Manager subscribers. It seems to happen with PayPal payments of combined invoices. NASTY! The ones from August still don't show up!
