I have 2 ebay seller ids. One has been dormant for a while. They're each registered on Vendio also.
I want to start using my second seller account to specialize. Do I need to download another SM Pro? It says I need to when I go into the Vendio "help" pages, but I can easily switch my account names under "preferences" when I open SM Pro. Does anyone know if it's possible to list using one SM Pro, but 2 seller names?

Nope - sorry, I only have one ID - perhaps you could ask via Vendio help? They usually respond within 1-2 days. Sorry I couldn't help you out!

I've asked vendio and they said I need to download a second SM Pro. I finally did that tonight, but it did'nt work out. Now I have 2 programs running the same vendio ID. Guess I'll be paying the $5.95 to call Vendio. Maybe that's why they wanted me to download a second program, they knew I'm technologically challenged, so they'd hook me into signing up for the calls.....hey, I'm trying! ))))

William...It doesn't make any sense to have the same program twice on the same computer. I don't use SM Pro, but if I did, I would download it once and use it for my main account. Unless you are planning on doing a very large volume on the second account upon startup, I would suggest using Sales Manager on line for the second account until I could figure out how to apply SM Pro to both accounts. There has to be a way that can be done, and I would suggest posting in the Image Hosting Sales Manager forum. If you can't get a timely response from a CS rep, one of the other posters can probably help. I know you're not the only seller on Vendio with more than one selling account who uses SM Pro.
