When Ebay has to file it's quarterly reports? I have an NPB item that I want to close out. I should have been able to close it out and get my FVF's back on the 10th. Here it is the 14th and I still cannot close it out. I was online with Ebay live twice now and they tell me that they are aware of the problem and that their "technicians are working hard to fix it." I was just wondering if that was fact or fiction.

bizzy,

i've got the same problem. should have been able to close out a dispute yesterday morning for a FVF refund. however, the only "option" that eBay's been giving me is to click the box that the transaction's been satisfactorily completed (and thus i don't get my FVF refund)...i don't think so!

very annoying, have been trying since yesterday morning. only the second NPB i've had all year, so i guess i've been lucky that way. but in the meantime, eBay gets the free float on the $, which probably adds up to a lot when multiplied by everyone who can't complete a dispute and get a refund.
