I keep getting a listing kicked back because I have "wine" in the title. It's a collector bottle that's empty but I can NOT find anything about how to get it listed on eBay. Can anyone help?!

You are probably listing in a restricted category. One of the categories requires special registration with Ebay and is restricted to licensed alcoholic beverage dealers who agree to adhere to certain wording and shipping requirements. You can't even list a corkscrew in that category unless you're approved by Ebay.

I've run into that same problem in the past and also when trying to list an automotive book in Ebay Motors. Try to find in the regular categories a collectibles category that fits what you have--maybe collectibles/advertising/beverages???
