I filed last Monday and the bidder wrote back - saying she would pay.
I got the payment on Friday (about 3 weeks after the auction ended) and plan to ship later this week. I'll be darn if I'm going to stop everything else to ship it as it is large etc.
This morning she wrote ebay requesting dispute be closed.
I don't see any real reason not to close it but the only option is "Transaction is completed to both parties satisfaction" or something like that and it isn't really completed yet.

As far as the NPB dispute is concerned - it's complete. She paid you. There are no other variables that are relevent to the NPB process.
