Hi everyone,
I just wrote this note to Endicia/Dazzle.
Am I tech-challenged, impatient, stupid, or all three
<<I greatly dislike the new Dazzle software that recently came out. The postage log is now impossible to read; the customer's name is all the way over to the far right column, requiring me to use the scroll bar at the bottom to see the name and check on status.
If I attempt to resize the columns to see the addressees more easily, the setting is only temporary and is back to the "hide the name" position when I re-log in. Also, it's very inconvenient to have to open the log, go back up to the toolbar menu and click on "Actions," then again on "Status." Too many clicks, too complicated.>>
Has anyone else experienced this? Have any fixes I'm overlooking?

maximize the program - That might help see everything. I actually like the changes they made to the program!
