Must be the "Emily Litella" breed?

"What is all this fuss I hear about the Supreme Court decision on a "Deaf" penalty. It's terrible! Deaf people have enough problems as it is" When the on-air reporter interrupted to point out her error (Death vs. deaf), she would crinkle her nose, usually say, "Oh, that's very different...", and then humbly say to the audience "Never Mind!"

I was trying to post the picture and failing miserably. So, I thought I would go look for that thread, how do you post a picture. Haven't found it yet. This is how the picture is saved on VD:

And I thought you did this:

Eureka!!!

Is it a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel?/ Very cool ad!

ED: Now that I googled it, it looks more like an English Toy Spaniel (King Charles Spaneil). I guess he isn't a "cavalier".

It's not a Cavalier (head, tail & volume of coat are wrong), it's not an English Toy Spaniel (docked tails back then), it's a Japanese Chin, which may have still been called a Japanese Spaniel in the era of the ad.
