Are you allowed to have two Pay Pal account using the same bank account? Anyone know ??

I don't think so. When I tried to set up a second account last year I kept hitting a wall. I finally managed to open a second account by using another account number.

It should really be - one person one account.
we are allowed one account per person,not per bank account.
