I simply do not know what this pop up alert means or what to do. I do use EZ armor Firewall . Never saw anything like this and am at a loss. Not too computer literate. Can you help? Has a button for 'more information' but does not go anywhere .
I have spent over an hour tryin to get help on the ez armor site -no luck.

If you meant "spoolsv.exe" you can read about it here:
http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/backdoor.ciadoor.b.html
http://www.neuber.com/taskmanager/process/spoolsv.exe.html
While it is a valid windows application, there is also a virus by the same name. If you don't have the virus, it's poosible that you have documents in queue to be printed. Deleting them should clear the error message. Good luck!

Just noticed in my original post their is now a yellow face on the line 'Destination.' I did NOT do this. Where did it come from?
Also Line "Application should read "spoolsv.exe
Do I have a Virus? Should I choose No or Yes on the Alert?
Sorry to be such a dunce, never had to deal with Alerts or Viruses. How do I know if I have documents in "queue" ? How do I delete them?

To deleted your documents waiting to be printed, go to your control panel click on "Printers" and then click on each of the printers listed there. A window will open which will list any documents in queue. Delete them. If there are no documents, run your virus scan.
You can also search for the file on your computer. Click on start, search, then in "files and folders" type spoolsv.exe. If it shows up anywhere other than your windows/system32 or service pack folder, it's very likely a virus or trojan. I was recently introduced to this free online scanner Housecall by Sparkz. You can get it here:
