I have recently started accepting Paypal again. In the past 2 days, I have had 2 buyers pay where on the Paypal transaction details form, the buyers confirmed address or any address is missing. I have refunded explaining that I need the address and that it be confirmed. Is this normal for Paypal not to have a buyers address not show up or just a glitch.

The way to avoid this problem is to go into your Paypal Payment Receiving Preferences and check the box to "Not accept payments from buyers with unconfirmed addresses". This way the only unconfirmed ones that will be allowed are ones from outside the USA.

I just checked my preferences and the section that is next states Block payments from users who:
1. Have non-U.S. PayPal accounts
2. Initiate payments from the Pay Anyone subtab of the Send Money tab
(If checked, you may enter an Alternate Payment URL for your buyers.)
3. Pay with eCheck for website and Smart Logo payments, or German bank transfer for all website payments except eBay
So should I block these 3 as well. I recently change the settings on number 2 & 3. Maybe that would allow these 2 buyers payments to come through without the confirmed address on the invoice.

If you do not sell outside the US than you can block the International buyers. I accept International Paypal as 15% of my sales go outside the US. My sales generally average $25 so I do not worry about it. I have used Paypal since the beginning and the only reversals or problems I have had have been with US buyers.
