I think the 935 is really 925 which of course just means sterling.
Take it from me - you may never find the maker as there are tons of silver makers from Mexico. Some is marked for the maker and some for the city it was made in.
I would list them as Mexican Sterling. Look early 70's or later to me.

It is really 925 and I believe every silversmith in Mexico has to be registered. They assign letters and numbers to each and genuine fabricated sterling silver is then stamped with the maker's assigned registration letters and numbers. The machine made stuff and the phoney silver ofcourse lacks these marks. As stated there have been thousands of silversmiths throughout the years so unless it is stamped by a well known smith who has been wriiten about, you will never know anything about the maker.
