After forming my auction in Vendio, I cannot schedule it. When I try to, part of the blue tabs disappear and the dates will not scroll down. Also, if I enlarge a photo in Image Hosting it will not go back to the list, it goes back to home page. I have recently had to reformat my pc, would that have anything to do with it? Is there something I need to do?
I'd love to help, but have to admit I'm confused. Are you creating this auction online, using SMPro offline, editing in pending, what? What screen are you on? There are a number of ways and places to schedule an auction.
What do you do after you enlarge the picture? Hit the back arrow; close the window; what?
Throw us a bone here, and someone will probably have an idea how to answer.

Yes, online in Vendio. I get an auction all done and then I cannot schedule it because the time and date scroll will not come up.
(In Image Hosting in Vendio if I enlarge a picture it will not go back small size).
I have done my auctions here for a long time and have never had this problem before.

Have you tried scheduling (and creating) the listing in a different browser (than the one that is giving you trouble?)

Babs - post your question in the Community Board down below this one -Vendio Services->merchandising edition (or something like that)
That board is monitored by Vendio CS people and maybe they would be better help.
You might tell them what ISP you are using (I know there are issues with AOL and I don't think WEBTV (or whatever it is called) works at all. Tell them which browser you are using and if you have any firewalls enabled (I know I wasn't able to list on my mother's computer until I disabled her firewall). Good Luck!
