What to do? Inexpensive item was shipped to address provided in PayPal Payment Details.
Kept getting e-mail from buyer that it had not been rec'd. I urged patience. Finally today it arrived back on my doorstep with "Addressee Unknown" stamped all over it. Buyer replied to me that she had moved but had bought a few things since then and they'd arrived at her new address (paid thru PayPal)!!! At any rate, this one did not. Apparently, she didn't leave a forwarding address. She's very nice, but her last e-mail to me provided her new address, but no mention of the $8.64 it will take to re-ship to her. Of course, I can insist on the $8.64 to re-ship and complete the transaction, but it's probably not worth it to her. I could suggest sending the purchase price back to her and re-listing the item and I'm out a small amount for fees. Any thoughts on how to resolve this fairly?

FIRST: what color is her HAIR?
SECOND: write a polite email stating:
"Since the address provided was invalid, the USPS returned the VELVET ELVIS to me for re-shipping. Please provide the following so I can re-ship yer lovely item:
1) Your CURRENT shipping address.
2) $8.64 RE-shipping fee.
Sincerely,
Blah blah"

ALL RESOSLVED! I wrote nice note explaining that the PO would require $8.64 to re-ship.
She wrote back and said that the vintage sewing box is exactly like one her mom had when she was a girl and having it will be worth a lot to her and she's perfectly willing to send me the money. I'm shipping in the morning.
