Ebay has added a pull-down "handling time" in the Sell Your Item Form. The times now displayed in your listings are "transit" times determined by the shipping carrier you have selected.
The ebay SYI form has "Flat Rate Shipping" (no carrier selected) and Vendio's form does not. If you COULD use "Flat Rate Shipping" (as many of us do) NO TRANSIT TIME would appear in your listings!!
I have asked Vendio to add "handling time" to the listing form and also asked that they have a "Flat Rate" option so those of us who don't want to deal with "transit time" don't have to.

From reading the eBay boards this is starting to become a major issue. I originally started out selling on Amazon, and this was ALWAYS a problem there, so I'm pretty much used to dealing with this situation.
Supposedly, if you use the FLAT RATE shipping option these things aren't supposed to appear. But I use flat rate and they sure as heck are showing up in my auctions!
I don't like it, but I'm not freaking out yet.

I always ship as quickly as humanly possible -usually 6 days a week. I do not see the need for this WONDERFUL ENHANCEMENT ????
Gracious, what are the "suits" at eBay thinking? I could think of other enhancements that would REALLY be beneficial
