I have been trying to launch an ebay listing for over an hour and it ain't getting done. Worse yet, I cannot delete it to try to redo it. I am not getting error messages...
What can I do, if anything?

Are you trying to launch through Vendio, or direct to Ebay?

I am having the same problem. There are no system problem announcements on Ebay so I have to assume the problem is originating from Vendio.

Are you trying to list through Vendio?
Just wondering if your listing is stuck in processing?
I haven't tried listing anything through vendio today so can't say if they might be experiencing problems. I did list something directly from the ebay site a couple of hours back without difficulty.
You said that you're not getting error messages and aren't able to delete and relaunch. What exactly is happening? Does your listing have "processing" next to it when you try to launch? (ie. "stuck in processing"
I'm sorry that I'm not able to be more helpful. I hope you're able to get things worked out.

Heck, I have been with Vendio since the early days (when they were AuctionWatch) and haven't experinced this for quite some time...
In the old days, I think I was able to actually call someone, without having to sign-up and pay for it!!!
For that matter, AuctionWatch once was actually free!!!
Maybe a Techie from Vendio will see this and let us know what is going on....
It would be nice if I could just delete if it is going to launch at some late hour in the evening....

I listed an item an hour ago and had no trouble getting it into pending. To launch later this evening.

Are there any messages at the top of the Sales Manager page about an expired token?

I posted the problem on the Vendio Sales Manager link. Hopefully someone at Vendio will see it there and answer.

This is happening to everyone Vendio wide. Please report it. I did through email help which can take 24 hours. If you have phone help, give them a call.

I just checked your posting to Sales Manager in Vendio. There are 6 replies, all with the same problem.

Click or copy and paste the following link:
http://www.vendio.com/contactus.html
and then click on the API Ebay button and you will see that nothing is launching...
I can launch directly on ebay, so it is Vendio that is the problem...

I am beginning to think this will not get resolved until Monday....we all need to ask for monetary compensation for this!!!
If in an hour my listing aren't launched, I will have no choice but unlaunch them so they don't start in the middle of the night...

Well, I had listing scheduled to launch in 15 minutes. I just rescheduled them for tomorrow night to avoid the middle of the night thing.
Hopefully they'll have this straightened out by then. :0(

Is it even possible to unschedule a launch once it's in Vendio processing? I seem to remember once not being able to do that.

I just re-listed a recent closed auction directly on eBay, launched within a couple of seconds once re-list button was clicked.
No problems over there, this is very obviously a big Vendio problem, only if you read the posts on the other part of this site, their service people are blaming eBay.
Kind of a crock, and it's happened before for sure, Vendio doesn't seem to be able to queue properly or something during Saturday evening peak period, but they never ever own up to it or explain it fully to all of us customers.
Paying big bucks, why should our key listings in this important season be so delayed?
