I tried to answer a question, and I get this screen:

It's a graphic with wavy numbers. It looks legit, but I'm not going to jump through extra hoops to answer questions! This is just crazy, what is wrong with ebay these days? Sellers are going to think it is a scam and are just not going to be answering questions!
