Originally, Ralphie wanted the X-BOX 360 for XMAS, but, after he told me he ALSO wanted the new game "Grand Theft Auto: AT THE POUND" and after I read about all the hidden SEX scenes in this "game," I decided to auction off this very hot item...
Bidding was FAST & FURIOUS this afternoon...
ZERO FB newbie wins and responds to my EOA:
"I am sorry but I am new to this and did not want to actually bid I thought that I was seeing what could be bid not actually bidding"
Ahrrrrrgh!
AND the 2nd chance bidder is ignoring me...

I was going to say relist with your ending price with a BUY IT NOW and IMMEDIATE PAYPAL REQUIRED payment but then you don't like PP too much do you?
I wouldn't run a 7 day auction I think. Get that puppy off your hands asap - after Christmas they'll be like Furby's........everywhere.

Classic...That's exactly what I was thinking. These auctions for high demand, short supply toys can get downright viscious this time of year. The same dirty games were played with the PS2 last year (remember the empty boxes that sold for $400.00+?). Ebay is trying to do something this year, the only problem being they are targeting honest sellers like Toben88, as outlined in his earlier thread, and letting the crooks slip through the cracks. If I were Tom, I'd relist with a three day auction. If it happens a second time, the preaproved bidder option on a 3 day would be the only way to be safe.

Here's the scam auction crossroadstrader posted. Seller was kicked off eBay. High bidder must have been alerted. He left a neg.

Ralphie is too young for xbox games. I suggest you buy him a copy of The Pokey Puppy.
He might even read it to you.

I was wondering how long it would take Ebay to NARU that crook. They finally did something right for a change.

if he is still bidding give him a big fat neg immediately. Course he could neg you back but it will hurt him more than you. But it might stop his bidding and winning.
Tough one.

Tom and Ralphie, that is the pits! I hope you do get big bids on the second time listing.
I wanted to get one for my Jordan, but will wait.
Surprisingy, he took it in stride. Of course he is still wanting a "better" IPod.
BYW, read your postnote -- Our Prez graduated from Yale and still says "more better". Just gotta luv him!

It'll be fine Tom - your buyer is a seller with 0 negs - doubt that he/she would be wanting to risk one if not serious. Maybe slept in after celebrating the win!
