I think if you are listing through Vendio, that your thumbnail images will all come up properly ... ?

I'm not sure if I understand your question. When you choose your pictures for your auction, are you choosing and adding to BOTH your gallery and auction view? Or just expecting the gallery view picture to show in the auction.

Could you give us a auction number for one of the listing's you are having a problem with so we can see what the problem is. It would make giving a answer to you question easier. Mike

Are you referring to the thumbnail gallery image shown next to your item in category and other searches?

Do you list through Vendio or just use Vendio image hosting and plug in the image URL's in ebay's listing forms?

I am not sure any of can help unless we've had the same problem. Maybe a better place to ask this would be in Vendio moderated forum below this one "Community->Vendio Services-> Sales Manager Merchandising Edition and Image Hosting"

Hi Tondu,

I checked your auction and all looks well to me.

If you're talking about the small picture at the top left, that's the normal size it would be.

As far as I know, there's no way to make it any bigger. The larger picture shows up in your description.

Hope this helps...

Lucy

Your pictures look ok. Maybe this is a dumb question, but what are those tools used for? You're a little light on the descriptions.

Pictures in the listing look good to me to.

max40 It looks to be a vinyl welding (melting) repair kit for repairing holes and tears in vinyl items like dash boards in cars. Correct me if I'm wrong tondu.
