On Nov 30th I paid my fees using my Pay Pal account with funds already in the account. Payment was accepted. Yesterday I get an email from Ebay saying that my fees are past due and I am going to have my account put on hold. I write to Ebay and give them the Pay Pal transaction number. They write back and say they are sorry and my account is in good standing

Tonight I go to list and they have blocked my account.

I have been having problems with billing for over a year now. Doesn't matter if I use Pay Pal, credit card or check.

Anyone else having these problems?

Nope, I have Paypal preferred account debit card that ebay bills are automaticaly paid every month with Paypal funds. Do you have Paypal listed to pay your ebay fees with?

I alway's automatically pay with Paypal debit card and have never had a problem.

I pay with paypal about once a week. Never have had a problem.
