Last Sunday I had everything ready to list and BOOM! Couldn't. Their category thing was screwed up. (I am one of those that does everything manually) I tried again just now and the same C#!%$ is still going on! It gives you a list of categories and subcategories and an option to browse all of them. Click on collectibles and nothing happens. I get "error on page" no matter what I do.

Click on "search categories" again and get the same thing! GRRR I don't have time for this!

Update:

Went back to TRY to use their subcategory option and it didn't work. Click on one and it takes you back to the same screen with the error message: "Please enter your correct information in the highlighted fields below."

WHAT THE _______ ?(fill in the blank yourself)

Paloma, it is probably your internet settings and not eBay that is causing the problem.I have run into this problem before.

The categories function works on JAVA. Check your Control Panel for a JAVA icon and review the settings.

It will depend upon which version of Windows you are running. (I assume you are using internet explorer?)
