Might want to check out the thread titled "Is ebay still screwy" in The eBay Outlook. I chated with a Dead Help rep earlier and was told that ebay billing is issueing insertion fee refunds for auctions ended/cancled today due to their sign in disaster. You would have to relist the item later and request a insertion fee refund. The link is in the copy of my chat. I plan on ending a bunch myself and relisting them after febay get's their current problem fixed.

Did you notice that eBay said they resolved the issue EXACTLY 2 hours (OK, 2 hrs 1 minute)after they first announced that sign in is a bit sluggish. Of course, they had to retract it later but it sure smells like refund avoidance!

yep ... I'm STILL having sign-in, then sign-in some more issues ...
