Well, fella, let's not beat around the BUSH:

Smack dab in da middle of their auctions is this "invitation:"

"We could sell this product to you at a lower price with Free Shipping if you buy from us directly at www.xxxxx-xxxx.com"

Ole Ralphie says: "Aye! Carrumba, Daddy!"

Tom

I'd report that auction. What a blatant disregard for the rules.

I take it they've not been around ebay a real long time?

On the contrary - found the one Tom was referring to - and they've been on eBay since 1999 and have nearly 15,000 positive feedback.

Ugh! They're all store items -- do you think eBay would do something about them? Especially the link to their website?

It would be a mess for them if they were reported. I can't imagine how they could edit it out of 1100 listings!

Seems like it takes a lot of guts for them to say that, but they must have gotten away with it for a long time - or they have a relative working in eBay?

Pixiamom...They wouldn't have to edit 1100 listings. Ebay would nuke them all and they would have to recreate them from scratch. The website link is bad enough, but the solitication to sell direct is fee evasion. Ebay is only set up for a one way cash flow, and that is inbound. Whenever someone does something that threatens to reverse that process to outbound, they get very upset and start nuking auctions and NARUING offenders.
