For those who do fixed rate shipping charges,what will your new Fixed shipping charge rate be? I am wondering if E-Bay and Paypal rates are going up too. I usually base mine on that facter as well.

I myself rarely use fixd rate shipping except for some items in my store. A suggestion for your rate increase would be assuming the only increase for you is the postage would be to just increase your postage charge by 5.4 or maybe 6 percent. The USPS increase is 5.4 percent across the board for domestic and international charges and as long as your packing materials have not gone up I myself would just increase the postage amount to compensate for the postage increase increase.
