I've been around the world on the USPS site and don't see the flat-rate boxes listed anywhere. Right now it's $7.70. Does anyone know what the new rate would be?

Yes, Flat Rate box's have gone up to $8.10 Check my posting titled "New USPS domestic rate increases" in this forum. All of the new domestic rates are listed in that post.

Has anyone notice the "Libray Rate" on that chart? What is that? Is it new? I've never noticed it before and haven't taken time to research it.

Sanmar, I'm not sure why it does not work for you. It is a PDF format, do you have adobe_reader installed?

If not, don't sweat it too much. We should be able to get the rates directly from the USPS website on the 8th.
. When your ship comes in.... make sure you are willing to unload it. .

Library rate is for shipping books between libraries. One can also use it when shipping to libraries.
