The same thing happened to me using Vendio. I am still waiting for Vendio to tell me why my profiles got messed up when I didn't change my shipping preferences. I had to go in and manually revise over 900 items. The shipping field is not one that can be revised via reviser per the FAQ page. I'm sorry this happened to you and hope the damages weren't as catastrophic to you as they were to me.

if VENDIO REVISER won't make the appropriate changes, is there another service that will do this for me? how about andale??

There is a good chance Blackthorn Pro will do it, but I'm not sure if it will edit listings created in Vendio.

Lobby - Make sure you let Vendio know about the problem. Looks like there's some kind of "Bug" and I sure don't want to catch it!!
Good luck straightening it out. I know Pixiamom wasted a lot of time correcting the problem -time that COULD have been spent listing. Vendio was not all that helpful...maybe they will be if they can see that it's something in their programming that caused the mess!
