A few months ago, reaching it would have meant I was back to 100% feedback. However, a buyer who was sure their craft book was not the right one, I sent another AND refunded their payment, and they STILL gave me a neg, now I have a lot further to go until I reach my 100% again. My actual feedbacks are almost 8,000 because of repeat buyers.

Congrats Amber!! Don't worry about your neg - I wouldn't trust anyone with 100% FB ratio (just kidding of course).
Tom - I LOVE that GIF though watching it for any length of time makes me a little jumpy.

Classic: No, I have 3 negatives, and have always been at 99.9%, but with just the 2 and getting to 4,000 would have taken it up to 100%.
