Has anyone previewed the proposed new Vendio features? Any opinion?

Tried to use Image this evening, 17Jan2006, but could not get anything to work at all. I could not upload my new images, nor could I use the ones I had already uploaded to put them in a auction. And I could not find a phone number to call PayPal to let them know there was an outage!!! Disappointed in the new web pages as I could not get them to work. What kind of programmers do they have anyway? Why can't I find a phone number to let them know things are not going correctly?
