Seller's Assistant to Retire in Approximately 90 Days
Dear *******
You are receiving this alert because you may have a subscription to Seller's Assistant Basic or Seller's Assistant Pro. This announcement is to let you know that we will be officially retiring Seller's Assistant Basic and Seller's Assistant Pro in approximately 90 days. As of Friday, May 12, 2006, eBay will no longer support the Seller's Assistant products.
As eBay has grown over the years, so have the needs of our sellers. To meet these needs, we launched eBay Blackthorne--the redesigned and renamed version of Seller's Assistant--back in October, 2005. To avoid any interruption to your business, you should download and familiarize yourself with Blackthorne prior to May 12, 2006.
Blackthorne offers you all the key features of Seller's Assistant, but is even easier to use and navigate. Plus, both Blackthorne Basic and Blackthorne Pro contain many new and improved features to help you save time, such as:
Ability to edit multiple items in a grid view.
Ability to create custom listing templates that you can reuse over and over.
Blackthorne Basic users can now send email and leave feedback in bulk.
Blackthorne Pro now provides better support for sellers with multiple employees, multiple eBay businesses, and consignment plans.
Note: If you are currently subscribed to Seller's Assistant, your subscription will automatically roll over to the equivalent Blackthorne subscription. This means that if you are subscribed to Seller's Assistant Basic, you will roll over to a Blackthorne Basic subscription. If you are subscribed to Seller's Assistant Pro, you will roll over to a Blackthorne Pro subscription.
We recommend you review the Seller's Assistant Basic or Seller's Assistant Pro Migration Guides. These guides will show you how to migrate your data from Seller's Assistant to Blackthorne and teach you the basics of using Blackthorne.
