I had a problem and emailed Vendio about it and got nothing but the normal canned response. The problem is I cancled/ended a bunch of store listing's the other day. I wanted to make drastic changes to them and figured it would be easier to just cancel them and recreate them and launch them with all the changes I wanted. Well I got my monthly bill the other day and Vendio charged me a FVF for every listing I closed. These idiots think they are sold store inventory. So you may want to check your bill closely to check and see if they scammed you as well if you ended any listing's you had on ebay.
What makes it so hard to believe is that if they had even taken the time to check my closed listing's in vendio they would see they are not sold items and were just cancled. I guess they are hard up for money.
They say your memory's the second thing to go, I just can't remember what the first thing is.

Mike - I closed 95 store items this weekend, so that I could redo my descriptions to reflect my new policies. None were charged FVFs. I also closed 65 items last weekend for a redo of descriptions. No FVF charges for those. Apparently, there was a mistake. Good that you caught the charges. You should send an email to customer service expressing your concerns.
I personally doubt that Vendio is purposely charging unwarranted fees.
