No, nothing as bizarre or grisly as a piece of Challenger or Columbia...
I found this at an estate sale a few years back. It is a copy of the LIFE/Golden Press book "The Astronauts - Pioneers in Space", which is kind of cheesy, really, but what makes it semi-interesting is that Scott Carpenter's autograph is pasted inside. There's also a photograph of Carpenter at a University of Colorado commencement ceremony. The autograph was on a program from that graduation, later scissored out and pasted into the book.
The more I think about this the more I imagine it can't actually be worth much but I thought I would ask.

fLuff - I don't have any idea what the value might be but if it turns out to have any value and you think certification of the autograph is warrented here is who I would use.
I use the PSE (Professional Stamp Experts) portion of their company all the time for stamp certification and grading. They are bar none the best in the business when it comes to stamps and is the standard by which all other stamp grading services strive for. I would think their autograph division is just as reliable and trustworthy.
They say your memory's the second thing to go, I just can't remember what the first thing is.
