You wouldn't need to use bubble envelopes if you shipped in a rigid plastic toploader sleeve. Here is a link to a supplier: http://www.bcw-supplies.com/bc3x4tocaho.html
I ship my postcards (unless I have larger orders) inside regular envelopes using postcard sleeves for $.39 postage.
For bubbles, I found that CD bubbles were about the cheapest.

Thanks neglus...I do have toploaders for the cards, as I purchase cards on ebay and will use the ones that those cards were in...i would still like a small bubble envelope to put them in also...

postcardman: Wow, those prices are really good! Free shipping, so the price they give you is all there is. I'll try them soon when I need more bubble envelopes. Thanks.

I use Altus Market also. They generarly ship the same day paid, if early or the next day. I order from them every 2 to 3 weeks. I've always been happy with their service and price.

Presumably they keep from incurring a UPS oversize charge since they only have 300 mailers to a case, rather than the usual 500.

I've used esupplystore.com. They're prices are really good as far as I've seen. I am on my last 20 #00 bubble mailers (out of 100) and the mailers are pretty good. I can't remember how much I paid but it was very reasonable. I'll know soon enough when I order more. They have an Ebay store. That's where I bought mine.

I also use esupply store - I just priced them, they are pretty comparable (I think on size 0 they were .3 higher, but then I only need to buy 1200 from them, and would need 2500 from the other company.
The other thing I like about esupply store is that I did have a problem. An entire box was defective, the self sealed envelopes were sealed shut before I opened them. They sent out a UPS pickup the next day for the bad box, and they replaced it. I used to deal with a different company, had a problem, contacted them but they said they would talk to the manufacturer, and that was all I got. They've lost a decenet amount of business over the past few years.
