What is the difference between Fixed Price and BIN?

A BIN has a start price and a BIN price. They could be the same (I have accidently done this)

Fixed Price has only one price and that is the BIN price

Plus if you use BIN, there is an extra charge. Fixed price there are no extra charges and are the same as a regular auction.
