i just tried to use the 10% promotional code - C-MARCH2006CAT - that's good through the end of March (paying by PayPal/how else would they track this anyway?) and i get this message:
"This Redemption Code cannot be used from your PayPal account." ??? how else do they expect us to use it?

me too---then i asked someone in live help and they told me to call paypal cause it was their fault.

when you're paying from the Ebay check out page there's a box to put something for a promotional or other coupon - if I'm not mistaken.
I will enter an eBay gift certificate or coupon on PayPal.
well - maybe it IS paypal's fault.

Question - Those of you that have tried to use the code and had it "not" work for you. Did you actually get the promo email in your ebay My Messages?
I'm wondering if this promo is for specefic people maybe. I used mine and it worked fine. However, when I read the email in My Ebay Messages it states three conditions.
1. Shop for items where paypPal is accepted.
2. Bid or buy using your eBay user ID *************
3. Pay using your PayPal account ************************* and enter offer code during checkout.
Maybe it only works for those of us that actually got the email. In the number 2 and 3 conditions above it had my ebay user ID and PayPal email address listed and stated I must use them. Might be why it's not working for everyone.

Maybe there is a specific start and end date for the vailidity of the coupons?
Or maybe somebody forgot to update the eBay/PayPal coupon database to reflect the new offerings?

The codes do have a timeframe.
The 10% one is good until March 31
The $10 for Fashion items is good April 1-15
The $20 for Tech items is good April 16-30
