I have an item in my ebay store and want to add make me an offer... how do I do that?

Just start the Revise Your Item process, then click on Edit Pictures and Details. To the right of the Buy It Now price, there is an Accept Offers From Buyers box that you can check. Then save your changes and finish going through any other screens that appear. That should do it!
