Hi all,
I'm trying to get my ebay store going, a few items at a time. I used TurboLister and succeeded but I don't like it that much (new learning curve I don't need right now). I used to use SMPro a while ago so I loaded it and began my work. I uploaded a batch last evening and the store items never showed up on ebay. It was a mixed batch, store and auctions, the auctions showed up. Looking at the batch all items say "synched". I poked around a little but couldn't solve my problem.
Also, using "Manage your Store", I can't remove items and can't change an image that is wrong. I went through all the steps, clicked remove, they're still there, and thought I changed the image, but the old image stayed put.
I'm off to the "HELP" pages but wonder if you all could point me in the right direction.

first with the missing store items...did you check your PENDING file online, VENDIO/SALES MANAGER.
As for "redoing" batches...with whatever VENDIO has done in the past few months, you need to SAVE your batches under a NEW name, or revisions are reverting back to original batch once you save and reopen. I changed several AUCTIONS to STORE...saved the batch...BUT then when I reopened it..it was back to the original AUCTIONS..NOT store items
