asking the experts here instead of trying to "find" it through Ebays lovely help section. Is there a way to block people from harrass you through the ebay message system? I have a customer that just WON'T SHUT UP! Admits NOT READING description, now claiming fraud, along with name calling. I can block the personal e-mails, but receiving multiple ebay messages is a pain. Of course ebay hasn't responded to me sending in the messages received from buyer.

I am not sure, but if you block them as bidders does that not block them from sending you emails thru ebay.? i am sure someone will tell us.

All you can do is forward them, including full headers, to eBay.
eBay does have rules about sending junk e-mails through the ebay system and should, and I repeat, should take action against this person. But with ebay lately, no promises.

well...got the "answer" I expected from EBAY!....simple 1000 word response stating spoof e-mails and ebay toolbar...etc.etc. blah blah blah...NOTHING directed towards problem.
