This probably sounds silly, but I see there is a place to add items to sell through vendio(for ebay)...can I still do this through ebay and vendio just adds the pictures? Thank you

Do you mean, can you list through Vendio and the auctions will be launched into Ebay at the time of your choosing? If so, the answer is yes.

I think I understand your question - yes you can list through ebay and use Vendio image hosting. You can either include the image URL in your listings OR attach to the listings after launch through the "attach" function in Image Hosting.
Is there a particular reason you WANT to list through ebay rather than Vendio?

Yes, you can list directly at ebay and use Vendio for image hosting. However, Vendio does charge for image hosting. I use a couple of different sites for image hosting and both are free to do so.
First, I use www.epier.com which is also an online auction site. I usually will keep my slow moving items on epier and then use there image hosting for ebay.
The other that I use is http://www.theimagehosting.com/
They are good, but you are limited on how many images you can have. They can host "gif" files though where epier cannot.
