How many are too many? I thought they watched those things. I had a bidder bid just 1 cent over minimum and then retracted it because 'entered wrong amount'. In checking their record they have 73 bid retractions in the last 6 months.

Personally i would blacklist them so they could not bid on my auctions. Then i would post their user name up here so everyone knows who they are. So people here can do the same if desired. Especially if they have a record for doing that sort of thing.
You are correct. Technically they are way over on their retraction limit. But good luck on getting Ebay to do anything about it. You can try turning them in if you like. Let us know if anything actually happens.
