I qualified for a step up to silver Powerseller which is no big deal except it gives me phone support which IS a big deal to me. I look on my powerseller stats and it shows the correct average monthly sales over 3 months, which qualifies me for silver status, but it shows I am still at the bronze level. I contacted eBay through email support and was told my status was under review. I have qualifying feedback, my payments are up-to-date, I have no violations. What gives?

Don't get too excited about the "phone support" for Silver level. I thought it was a big deal, but we've been silver for the past year and all I've been able to get when calling is the "multiple choice" phone tree then they refer you back to the site, etc.
Let me know if you get more.

the powerseller number is not a bunch of recorded messsages - so that it totally bogus. I always talk to a live human - the silver seller phone number is totally worth having. I can't tell you how much time it has saved me. Email them and get the phone number - they may be slow to respond but they will respond. ALso go to the powerseller board and post - someone will probably send the number to you until you get it officially through your email.

OG - what are the last 4 digits of the number you've called for Silver PowerSeller support?
I called the one that shows on the PowerSeller page for Silver Support and just received the endless -- if your question is about X, please press Y...
The one posted on the PowerSeller support page for Silver now ends in: 3229

That's the one I have. It ends in 3229 and I have NEVER talked to a real person. It's nothing but recording's that tell you to visit the website help pages. Like I said, useless.

I concur. But, we know that OG is able to do more than most of us.
Just want to hear how to get a "real" person rather than the runaround like we've received.

Maybe OG is using SKYPE to contact PS:
