Reason to celebrate--
Milwaukee will be getting a Trader Joe's this fall.
I'll have to check back on the board then to get the latest wine revues.
If you tell them Benjamin Franklin said it first, they'll believe you

We're supposed to be getting one in May in the Twin Cities. I heard it was going to be next to IKEA by Mall of America but looks like that real estate is too $$ for them there. I wonder how they will be able to sell $2 chuck - can't sell wine at grocery stores here. Hopefully they will handle it like SAM's and have a liquor store adjacent!
HERE YOU GO STONE - SAVE UP YOUR 2 BUCKS:
After more than a month flapping in the wind, the sign "Trader Joe's Coming Soon!" outside the Excelsior & Grand project in St. Louis Park is beginning to look crumpled and worn.
But now, at least, it's accurate.
The California-based grocery chain, which is famous for its inexpensive gourmet food and wine, is on schedule to open a 13,800-square-foot store in mid-May at Excelsior & Grand, according to officials who work in the project's leasing office. A spokeswoman for Trader Joe's would neither confirm nor deny the date
Where the heck is "Excelsior & Grand"???? I can't picture the site.
