some time ago there was the direction for getting the back up arrow back in the tppl bar. Can someone help me out?

Wasn't there a F key that resets everything. Something like F11 or F10. I can't remember now but someone will know which one it is.

First,
Verify that you have the "standard buttons" toolbar enabled (click on view, then toolbars, then verify the check mark).
If it is showing, then right click on the tool bar (on the open space up there). Click on customize. Scroll on the left until you see the arrow, then click the direction arrows to move it to the right side of this box. Then.. viola.. you have your arrows back.
